Therapy walks is based in Preston, Lancashire and offers a range of routes suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. All of our walking routes have been risk assessed and can be adapted to meet individual needs. All of our routes offer the opportunity to sit down along the way and are varied in length depending on how much walking you would like to do. Avenham Park is located close to the city centre of Preston with beautiful footpaths running alongside the River Ribble and a tranquil Japanese Garden.
Some of the routes within Avenham park do encounter some small hills and climbs along the way so may not be suitable for everyone.

Moor Park is located on the outskirts of Preston city centre and offers large open green spaces and a variety of plants and trees. Moor park is relatively flat and offers plenty of seating and shaded areas amongst the trees.

Haslam park is situated alongside Lancaster canal and offers multiple footpaths around sensory gardens, a nature reserve and large duck pond and brook. Haslam Park is relatively flat and offers easy peaceful walks.
