Therapy Walks is now offering Single Session Therapy (SST). SST is a therapeutic approach that focuses on offering support in a single meeting to address a specific issue or challenge that you may be facing. Although SST is still Person Centred in its approach, it is more solution focused as we work towards specific goals and strategies to help manage and overcome certain challenges that may be holding you back.
Single Session Therapy (SST) involves working together to explore strategies and set realistic goals that you will then go and work on in your own time. Follow up sessions can be arranged if needed. SST is often referred to as 'One at a time' therapy, as there is no long term commitment, however you can arrange single sessions as and when you feel you need them.
